There are a few personal projects that I'm working on. Most I won't share until they're "ready" (whatever that means). This one is a little different because it is happenstance.
I've called this one "Lost and Found" but I could equally have callen it "Lost Property". The idea is simple: every now and then one sees an item which has been "lost" and someone has "found" it and put it where they think is "obvious" for the person that lost it to "re-find" it at a later date, or when they re-trace their steps.
Sometimes these lost items sit around for months, it seems. When I am out and about I might have a "proper" camera with me or I might have only my phone with which to take a photo, but if I see an item which fits into this category of having been lost by one person and found by another (indeed, in a way I am finding them too) then I will try to capture something of it.
My rule is very simple: I am not allowed to move it at all!
Here then are the first few images of Lost and Found. As I find newer, maybe better, objects this collection may get updated.
